Owner/Lead Attorney
Brian Lisonbee
Brian lives in Lincoln, NE with his wife and five children. Originally from Utah, he earned a B.S. in Sociology from BYU. Brian graduated with his J.D. from the University of Nebraska, and has been practicing immigration law ever since. He worked for three different law firms before taking the leap to start his own business. When Brian is not working or coaching his kids' teams, he enjoys reading, fishing, biking, and traveling.

Mareza "Rez" Estevez
Rez holds a B.S. degree in Environmental Science from Rutgers University and a J.D. degree from the Rutgers School of Law – Newark. She is a highly experienced leader in legal and business advice, legal compliance, and immigration law, policy, process, and operations. Her immigration law background is an unusual combination of Big Law experience and senior in-house legal counsel roles at two of the world's largest IT enterprises.

Lucas Wood
Lucas graduated from the University of Nebraska College of Law in 2018 and holds a Bachelor of Arts in English. He specializes in employment-based solutions for corporate and individual clients in high-growth industries.An avid sports fan and former rugby national tournament qualifier himself, Lucas enjoys
watching football, wrestling, and rugby. In his free time, he loves to travel, cook, and go camping with his wife and bulldogs.

Michaela Tanne
Michaela holds a bachelor’s degree in Exercise and Wellness from BYU where she served as an editor for the Marriott School of Business magazine. She recently graduated with her Master’s degree in Asian Studies from the University of Utah, specializing in Japanese and international relations. Michaela enjoys competing in half marathons as an elite runner, cooking Japanese cuisine, and traveling with her husband.

Savannah Mitchell
Originally from Atlanta, GA, Savannah currently lives in Lincoln, NE while her husband attends law school at UNL. She and welcomed her first baby in April, and has an AussieLab dog named Oakley. Savannah has several years of experience in religious workers visas and business immigration law. In her free time she loves to go for walks, go to the zoo, and travel with her family.

Haley Anderson
Haley holds B.S. degrees in Exercise Science and Nutrition with a minor in Chemistry. She excelled as competitive cross country and track and field athlete during her time at Southern Utah University. In addition to her love for athletics and outdoors, Haley is an avid reader and spends a lot of her free time writing creatively. Before working for Lisonbee Immigration Law, she worked as an exercise therapist at a hospital. Haley currently resides in Flagstaff, AZ with her husband.

Bowen lives in Provo, UT with his wife, four kids, and their Canadian Sphynx cat. He earned a Bachelor's Degree from Brigham Young University and a J.D. from Gonzaga University. Bowen previously practiced tax law but enjoys immigration law much more. When not working or with his family (and sometimes when he is with his family) he enjoys anything nerdy--books, shows, games, and even painting his own miniatures.

Sarah lives in Alaska with her husband and two children. Sarah earned a BBA in Economics from the University of Alaska and an MBA in International Business from Liberty University. She has over 6 years of immigration and legal writing experience. She enjoys spending her free time with family and friends, reading and traveling.

Kristin Duke
Kristin has a master's degree in education from University of Nebraska - Lincoln, with a primary focus on immigration and intercultural competence. She has worked as preschool teacher, reading specialist, and a technical writer and quality assurance manager at an engineering consultancy firm. Kristin's family includes her husband, two grown sons, a wonderful daughter-in-law and daughter who will graduate from high school this year.

Ana lives in Chandler, Arizona with her two children and their rescue dog. She earned a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor and is experienced in both employment-based and family-based immigration. Originally from Mexico, Ana is a native Spanish speaker and has also lived in Japan and the UK. She enjoys traveling, leisurely hikes, board games, and being with her family.

Tracy earned a bachelor's degree in history from Brigham Young University. She worked as a licensed MLO before turning to immigration law. Originally from California, she lived in several different states before settling in Billings, Montana, where she and her husband are raising their daughter and three sons. When she's not working, Tracy enjoys writing just for fun, reading, running, and yoga.

Stacey grew up in Lincoln, NE with her 11 siblings. Today she lives in Parma, ID with her husband and their six kids. Stacey has gained many skills over the last 20 years of being a mom, including, but not limited to; throwing amazing birthday parties, how to sneak snacks inconspicuously, and hostage negotiations. In her free time, she enjoys writing, reading historical fiction, watching Korean dramas, organizing everything, baking and most especially soaking up all the fleeting moments with her husband and children.

Christine has a J.D. degree from BYU's J. Reuben Clark Law School. She practiced public interest law in Utah before moving from the state. Over the years she has worked with other attorneys as a contract attorney, by researching law, constructing legal arguments, and writing pleadings. Originally from California, Christine currently lives in Henderson, NV with her husband. She has 3 children. A good day would be her family joining her in a visit to the art museum, followed by a Killers concert, and a pizza from Evel Pie.
