Immigrant
Long-term immigration solutions are essential for many of our clients. That is why we carefully review each employee's immigration profile and advise on the best steps forward to secure a permanent employment solution for the business and employee. These solutions include utilizing the Permanent Labor Certification process (aka PERM or ETA-9089) to file EB-2 and EB-3 I-140 petitions, filing EB-1 (Extraordinary Ability, Outstanding Professor, and Multinational Manager or Executive) I-140 petitions, filing family based petitions (I-130), and filing EB-2 National Interest Waiver I-140 petitions. These petitions lead to the filing of an I-485 Adjustment of Status application (green card application) by your employees.
